A Few Gold Records For A Portrait
The objective was a fairly fast and loose portrait of an executive for a client. We didn’t need to do anything especially elaborate.

I am moving my 10 cayenne pepper plants inside (they are not doing so well out side) and I do not have a window sill that large so I need to use lamp because they need full sun.

A pan is use to collect some sediments at the riverbed. Since gold is heavy, it will sink at the bottom so by passing water over the pan, sands are wash away leaving the bottom layer of gold

The gold content of an alloy is commonly stated in carats, a carat being 1/24 part by weight of the total mass. Pure gold is therefore 24 carats fine; an alloy that is 75% gold is 18 carats fine.
