A Straightfoward Portrait – Studio on Location

Tuesday, July 17, 2007 Concept/Objective:

Assignment ConstructThe need was to produce to PR-style images of two executives for an association. Rather than have them waste a day coming to us, instead, we always prefer to go to the client, setting up in their space, making it easier for the client’s subjects.Assignment Construct

Homeward Bound for The All-Star Game

Saturday, July 07, 2007 Concept/Objective:

Assignment Construct: It was nice to be headed home to the SF bay area to capture the all-star game in San Francisco. The last time I came home around something baseball centric, it was 1989 and it was for the earthquake when the world series was happening. This time, I just needed to document a client’s participation in the game, as they were a high profile sponsor of some of the events.

Cookies & Cream?

Monday, July 02, 2007 Concept/Objective:

Assignment ConstructThe client was launching a new snack food, and they wanted to get people’s attention, so they made a 20+ foot mockup of the snack food, and brought it to Washington DC to get people to try it. While we were making images of the average joe and jane enjoying it, the company was also celebrating it’s 95th anniversary, so there was a candle-lighting ceremony as well. Lastly, they were filming video for a VNR that was going out as well.
